Spotify will have audiobooks in the app now. Thanks to Apple

A new update has come in the Spotify app. Which are audiobooks. Apple App Store is now letting spotify to sell audiobooks within its app. The iPhone users of the US will be able to buy audiobooks within the Spotify app. Normally Spotify provides 15 hours of audio listening in the initial stages. But users can buy more within the app. As well as they can easily see the prices of our audiobooks on the Spotify app.

This will provide many users to listen to audiobooks whether they are listening to their first ones or they are regular listeners. Spotify will have an edge and they can easily access the new audience within the app. All thanks to the new rolling against Apple regarding the in app purchases. Where Apple was charging for any purchase that was made outside of the App Store. But according to the ruling Apple is no longer eligible to do that. That’s why Spotify is completely taking advantage of this opportunity.

This is my team with little opportunity but for those who are kindly reading audiobooks every day this update is amazing. Because before this update the users had to go to the website to buy audiobooks and then read them individually but right now the users can easily access the audiobooks within the Spotify app easily. To see prices and become able to buy the books easily on the app this update will mean very much a world to the users.

No choosing an audiobook has become so much easier with just a few types of your finger. The audiobook book will be available to you within the app. In 2022, the audiobooks were removed because of these regulations by Apple. But they are back now.

As for the more listening hours, the iPhone users had to go to the website of Spotify. Now they won’t have to go there, instead they can buy additional hours within the apps. Each 10 hours cost the user $13.

More of the user skin purchases in app subscriptions outside the App Store. Before the legislation this was not possible for any app to do so but now after the ruling by the judge each app is taking opportunities in their hands and trying to normalise purchases outside the app.

Apple is also doing the effort and showing prices as well as external links within its App Store before this was not possible. Because Apple was taking a large portion of money to itself, but right now it’s giving the other apps the same option too. This could mean that the app owners will have to maintain their probable reputation and not get carried away.
