Matter is creating new programs so the start-up can hook up with Lama AI models. The program is known as llama for start-ups. It is providing direct sports to the companies. The start-ups are going to get fundings as well as support from the Mama team of matter. The firms which are US based Can corporate. In the program, the company should have $10 million of funding in their accounts and one staff in their generative AI applications can apply for these programs.
If a company or start-up applies to this program, then they are going to receive $6000 for every month. The companies are going to receive these dollars for six months so they can make up for the costs that came while building and growing their AI systems.
Meta was trying to complete an insecure position in the top while competing for the open AI model activities and space. While we all know that Rama models are getting more downloads than any other AI software. It does not mean that matter will not receive any competition. Its competitors are trying to build a more motorised ecosystem that is going to threaten the position of AI llama.
As we all know that Lama was suffering many roadblocks along its journey of AI. There were some problems with the benchmarks of meta and its flagship model llama 4 behemoth. Meta and its ambitions for its AI models are not going away any time soon. It has huge ideas for broadening its AI portfolio. According to the company’s prediction the AI products should make 2000,000,000s in 2025 revenue.
Now this prediction should come true because meta is in agreement with some of the companies that are hosting the llama models of meta. There were some Q1 earning calls of the company where CEO Mark Zuckerberg informed that Meta is going to offer subscriptions as well as show some ads to earn an extra amount of money so they can easily reach their goal of revenue.
As we all know AI is a highly costly product till date. That’s why it is costing so much to meta as well as other AI generating companies. According to the tech giant the cost of building GenAI was exceeding $900 million and in the coming years it could go beyond 1 billion.
And now these new data centres are going to cost way more to the company than any other budget. That’s why Meta needs to materialise and make the companies pay for the usage of their AI software. So it can gain excessive benefits. Because all of the people are using the AI that’s why they will happily buy the subscriptions.
