There is a European company that is one of its kind. It is going to compete with open AI. Mistral AI is an emerging start-up in France. This new company is creating its artificial intelligence just like ChatGPT with the name of Le Chat. The French company has a budget of $6 billion, which is really less. That’s why it’s mad. Market value is comparatively low.
The launch of The chat assistant of Mistral AI in the mobiles was creating some hype in France. There was an AI action summit in Paris. Before this summit the president of France urged everyone to download the French chat bot instead of the US chatbot.
Now this is something encouraging and amazing for the French chatbot. But it is still not very advanced or amazing if it wants to compete with the ChatGPT. It doesn’t matter if it considers itself the best AI chat board of the world. Those who are using both can easily understand that it is just a hype and not reality.
Apparently, mistral AI came in 2023. Upon its arrival, it had already secured lots of funds and investments. And the company was making a logo of putting AI in the hands of each and everyone.
It’s completely opposite to the ChatGPT. The app is now available in android as well as iOS smart phones. Within only two weeks of its release, the app has reached in the top downloaded apps within France.
Like ChatGPT Miral AI is also free of cost. But after sometime the AI is now trying to create some income stream through payment methods. The AI platform is going to make some revenue through these app purchases. Apparently le chat is available for $14 a month. still it’s revenue is not reaching beyond the eight digits.
Although this app has been downloaded many times, it is going to take lots of downloads and subscriptions for the app to reach the level that it’s investors have invested in it.
Now the AI building model has to make its revenues larger than the investing cost which is $6 billion. Otherwise, the AI is going to go completely in loss. upon chatting with its developers, it came to our attention that Mr is not for sale right now instead they are going to consider the IPO.
Seemingly how low profit mineral is generating it is our understanding that the IPO will be taken. So the mistral can easily justify their profits and generate enough money to complete the investing cost of the app. For this purpose, the Mr AI needs to crack a few deals with the large AI technological companies.
